Barely Alive

“Steve Austin. Astronaut. A man barely alive.” You might recognize this as part of the opening for the classic 1970s show, The Six Million Dollar Man. In short, something goes horribly wrong and Steve Austin’s spaceship crashes back to earth. Now, he’s “barely alive

You might feel like Steve Austin. In your business. At work. In your life. You feel like you’re barely making it. Or worse... You feel like it’s all over. Things will never be the way they were supposed to be. It’s all over.

Except it’s not over!

It’s only over if you’ve quit. For good. And I know you haven’t. Even if you’re just barely alive. There’s still a spark within you. There’s still life. Your fire still burns. All you need to do is rebuild.

Just like with Steve Austin. Even after that terrible crash, his story wasn’t over. Neither is yours.

The opening for The Six Million Dollar Man finishes like this:

“Gentlemen, we can rebuild him. We have the technology. We have the capability to make the world's first bionic man. Steve Austin will be that man. Better than he was before. Better...stronger...faster.

Dream a new dream or resurrect your old dream. Change your life. You’ve got the power, skills, and the capabilities to do it. Dream a better dream. Create a new plan for your life or business. This time, it will be better than it was before. Because you are better than you were before. Better…Stronger…Faster…
