Baked potato chips. Fat-free ice cream. Low calorie cookies. My how far food has come in the last 20 years. Now, you can buy junk food that not only tastes good, but it's also better for you. Isn't it?
Wait. But isn't it still junk food? If so, then it's not good for you either. Unruffle your feathers. I'm not here to bust your chops about your eating habits. Be honest though. Couldn't they be better? Mine could. Ok. I'm done with that. Back to junk food. Better Tasting Junk food, that is.

That fat-free ice cream is mighty tasty. It even has fewer bad things than regular ice cream. But it still has bad things in it. The same can be said for some of the things folk have said to you and about you.
They've said some things in the past that really hurt you. Now it's all good, you say. Why? Because what they said this time isn't as bad as what they said before. In other words, it's Better Tasting Junk. It still stings, but maybe not as much. I've got a big reveal coming up for you here. Guess what? It's still Better Tasting Junk.
Just like you need to walk away from low sodium chips, fat free this or that, and many other things, you also need to say Bye, Bye, Bye to Better Tasting Junk. Instead, you need to consume the healthy words and deeds from folk who truly care about you. Folk who uplift and challenge you to be and do more. That's the life-giving food for you.
So the next time that no fat, low fat, gone fat food comes your way in the form of unkind, untrue, and hurtful words and actions, remember that Better Tasting Junk Is Still Junk. So add that mess to your Spring/Winter/Summer/Fall Cleaning List and get rid of it! The cleanliness and effectiveness of your home depends on it.
